Oscar Höglund
Oscar Höglund is the Co-Founder and CEO of Epidemic Sound, which he has led from its 2009 founding to becoming a global music-tech unicorn. Educated at the Stockholm School of Economics, he previously held leadership roles at Zodiak Television, co-founded 5th Element and United Screens, and has served as a board member and advisor for Toca Boca and Perfect Day Media.
Andrew Kahn
Andrew Kahn is Managing Partner of Yamaha Music Innovation Fund, a seed-stage firm focused on investing in founders building technology that will change culture, both in terms of how it's created and consumed. Prior to this role, he was the Head of Crush Ventures and held leadership positions at Live Nation and the founding team of Greenfly.
Collette Tibbetts
Collette Willow Tibbetts is the Chief Joker of Joker Deck, an early stage angel syndicate for music tech. She comes from a background consulting for major labels like Universal Music Group and building out a music tech accelerator at her previous firm. Collette looks for the intersection of artists, founders, and investors to spark wildcard innovation.
Andreas Liffgarden
Andreas Liffgarden is the Chairman of Tracklib, a platform enabling producers to legally sample original recordings. A former Spotify executive, he founded Soundtrack Technologies, a leader in B2B music streaming, and served as CEO of Elektron, the acclaimed maker of samplers and drum machines. His ventures continue to shape how music is created, licensed, and experienced.
Nick Breen
Nick Breen is a Partner in Reed Smith’s Entertainment & Media Industry Group, specializing in music and video games. An expert in content acquisition, licensing, and IP strategy, he has advised on over $2 billion in music catalog transactions for investors and music companies. With deep experience across the music rights and royalty ecosystem, Nick handles recording, publishing, and licensing deals worldwide.
Cliff Fluet
Cliff Fluet is Chair of Music Technology UK and a Partner at Lewis Silkin LLP, leading its Media & Entertainment practice. A Legal 500 Hall of Fame lawyer, he advises on music rights, catalogues, and emerging tech. As Founder of Eleven Advisory, he guides companies on AI and immersive media strategy, and serves as Vice Chair of Help Musicians and Chair of Music Minds Matter, promoting mental health and innovation in music.

Sven Ahrens is currently CEO of Yousician, the interactive music-learning platform. He previously spent several years at Spotify in roles including Director of Subscriptions (Europe) and Director of Global Growth, where he led large-scale user- and subscription-growth initiatives. He has also served as Chief Growth Officer at Muse Group, and is active as an angel investor and advisor in consumer subscription businesses.
Christina Hummer
Christina Hummer is an Investor at Best Nights VC, the venture arm of Jägermeister supporting founders shaping the future of culture, nightlife, and connection. Focused on the intersection of creativity, lifestyle, and technology, she backs ideas that bring people together. Before BNVC, Christina worked with Earlybird, Porsche Ventures, and Singulart in Paris, exploring how cultural trends drive the next generation of products and communities
Aga Zamitowska
A music business and tech professional, leading ZAiKS Akademia and ZAiKS Lab, initiatives under Poland’s leading collective rights management organization ZAiKS. She also founded Fenomen Lab and co-founded MusicTech Poland. With over a decade at Kayax, she managed digital distribution and worked with top Polish artists like Brodka and Hey. Aga is also a frequent speaker and host of the “Era Transformera” podcast.
Jordi Puy
Jordi Puy is a law graduate with over 25 years of experience in the music industry. He is the co-founder and CEO of Unison, a leading private music copyright management company in Europe. Unison manages nearly 3 million songs for more than 900 clients across 30 countries, representing over 40,000 rights holders. Jordi is driving transparency and efficiency in music rights management through technology.
Jakob Wredstrøm
Jakob Wredstrøm is the founder of Amplitude Ventures, a venture studio helping early-stage founders build and scale startups. With 10+ years in music tech and startup development, he focuses on practical execution, collaboration, and early traction. At Amplitude, he’s supported ventures across AI, fintech, education, and creative industries. Jakob also hosts the Sound Connections Podcast and is based in Norway.
Per Emanuelsson
Per Emanuelsson is the co-founder and CEO of Soundtrap, a platform for collaborative music and podcast creation. After being acquired by Spotify in 2017 and reacquired by its founders in 2023, Soundtrap continues to empower creators and educators worldwide. A serial entrepreneur, investor, and musician with nearly 30 years in software, Per has led teams across tech, AI, and product development.
Hans Peter Roth
Hans Peter has been a key figure in the online music industry for nearly 20 years and is currently a Partner at Muserk, overseeing over 15 million works. He previously led the Nordic Societies' licensing hub and managed Online Services at the Network of Music Partners (NMP), gaining expertise in copyright, data management, and the online music value chain. He co-founded the Technical Online Working Group Europe (TOWGE) and serves as Chair of its Steering Committee.
Hannes Andersson
Hannes Andersson is the CEO and partner at oeksound, the Finnish company behind the acclaimed audio plugin Soothe2. With a background in music technology from the Sibelius Academy and experience as a producer and engineer, he bridges artistry and innovation. Since joining oeksound in 2017, Hannes has helped guide its rise to global recognition through a grounded, integrity-driven approach.
Iara Dias
Iara Dias is the CEO and founder of IKKIO, an AI assistant for smart glasses supporting the blind and visually impaired. With 20+ years of cross-industry experience, she has spent the past decade bridging technology, music, and digital experiences. Formerly at Decentraland, she produced flagship events like Metaverse Music Festival and Metaverse Fashion Week. Iara has also worked with blockchain startups and authored Music Industry’s Business Models in the Digital Era.
